TRACE / SPECIAL CASE FILE 003

HOSTINGER CASE FILE

A documented record of destructive malware-scanner actions, materially inconsistent technical explanations, later corrections and withdrawals, complete later/current file submissions to CloudLinux, a second removal after Hostinger’s final internal review, and preservation/source-custody questions that remained unresolved at the September 15 cutoff.

CASE COVER SHEET

HOSTINGER CASE FILE

I prepaid for approximately five years of Hostinger service through a promotional offer and lost confidence in the platform before completing my first year as a customer. This case file brings together preserved Hostinger messages, scanner records, later corrections and withdrawals, backups, the September recurrence and the later preservation/source-custody correspondence that led to that loss of confidence. I am not asking readers to trust my anger. I am asking them to read the record.

This is not an anonymous complaint, a vague review or a collection of rumours. Factual claims in this case file are based on preserved Hostinger messages, support conversations, scanner records, screenshots, Hostinger-native and independent backups, source-file hashes and later corrections. When the available material does not resolve a question, the case file marks it as unresolved rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
